▪ Alliance rings are custom-made in our workshop in Silfursmári and not in stock in certain sizes
▪ Delivery time varies, but is given the day after order.

Materials
This jewellery is made of 14kt gold with a natural diamond.
All our diamonds are TW-VS1 quality unless otherwise stated. Our diamonds are from internationally certified suppliers – Conflict free. All diamond setting is done here.
Natural diamonds are unique, no two are alike.
Caring for gold jewelry
It is important to take good care of your jewellery. We recommend storing it in its original BY•L boxes or in jewellery boxes. You can bring your BY•L jewellery to our store for inspection if it starts to show signs of wear.
Gold jewellery (14kt gold +) can be taken swimming and showering without falling on them. However, there are many other things that have an effect, such as skin oils, creams, oils or perfume. If you wear your jewellery a lot, it will get grease that can be cleaned off with soapy water, a soft brush, cleaning agents and cloths - it can also happen that gold darkens slightly in our water here in Iceland.

Shipping and exchange deadlines
We ship all our products via Posturinn or Dropp. With Posturinn you can choose to have your order delivered to your home, to your nearest post office or to a PO box. We always do our very best to deliver your online orders quickly and safely. The price for delivery to your nearest delivery point is 700 kr, both via Posturinn and Dropp.
There is a 14-day exchange period on all orders and we always issue an exchange label with the date the order is placed.
