Shipping & delivery time

Order processing:

Orders are processed as soon as payment has been received or the next business day after ordering. If the product is not in stock, the buyer will be contacted and informed of the estimated delivery time of the product or the product will be refunded if requested. Orders are sent via Iceland Post and Dropp and the delivery, warranty and transport terms of Iceland Post as well as Dropp apply to the delivery of the product. The cost of each shipment is specified when ordering. BY•L is not responsible for any damage that may occur in transit.

Exchange deadline:

The buyer has 30 days to exchange a product provided that the product is unused, returned in good condition in the original packaging. It is not possible to exchange a product if the seal on the package has been broken. A receipt for the purchase of the product must be returned when exchanging a product or that it has a return label. We advise customers to contact us by email at lovisa@byl.is . The buyer pays the shipping costs for the exchanged product. If you have any questions regarding this, please contact us at the above email address.

Shipping costs are not refundable unless the product is defective.
